Luca Andrighetto received his PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Padova in 2008 and he was then a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Currently, he is Associate Professor at the University of Genova. He co-leads the Laboratory of Language and Social Cognition at the same university and is the Scientific Coordinator of the PhD Course in Social Science. His work centers around issues of social relations and prejudice, with a focus on intergroup and interpersonal attributions of humanity. Currently, he is exploring the antecedents and consequences of objectification at the workplace.
